Chaney Enterprises is pleased to welcome Dani Fostik, the company’s new Customer Service manager. She is responsible for the overall leadership of the Customer Service department, which takes hundreds of customer calls per day for concrete and aggregate products. In addition, Dani coordinates the efforts of dispatch, the concrete plants and drivers to ensure we continue to have the best record of on-time delivery in our marketplace and efficient work flow processes.
Dani brings 15 years of experience in all areas of customer service with several companies. Prior to taking leadership in Customer Service with Chaney Enterprises, Dani managed shipping, receiving and transportation for Dixie Printing and Packaging in Glen Burnie. While employed at Fed Ex Ground, she worked her way through the company’s ranks, reaching the position of Terminal Operations Manager.
Dani received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
