Not only is it our job to deliver quality material on time, every time, but we are taking extra effort into making sure our customer’s day goes a little bit easier. Nobody likes to wait on hold. Time is money and no one has enough of either. With the volume of our call center growing and the wait times needing to be kept to a minimum, we developed a mobile app where the most important information regarding your orders can be accessed from anywhere.
The new Chaney Customer app allows you to do all of the following for both our concrete and aggregate orders without having to make a single phone call:
Another important area of the app will allow you to get real time location and status of your delivery truck. You can literally watch the up to the minute status of your order as it is getting loaded to when it is on the road for delivery.
Two things to remember when using the app: 1.) If you want to make any adjustments to the order as listed above within two hours of delivery time, you still must call dispatch. 2.) If you need to change the product ordered or mix design you must call dispatch.
