In 2020, the Washington Post named Chaney Enterprises a top place to work in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection was based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. The survey found that Chaney ranked in the top 25% of workplaces on the following culture aspects: innovation, clued-in employees, open minded, and cross-team operation.
