Position Highlights

As our remote IT Support Analyst, you will be the backbone of our IT support, ensuring our internal team in the Central VA region receives the highest level of service. You'll address a variety of application and technology challenges and conduct technology training to promote an efficient and informed workplace.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• IT certifications or relevant professional experience highly regarded.
• At least three years of experience in supporting desktop and application technologies.
• Proficiency with technology such as Dell laptops, printers, and various handheld equipment.
• A good understanding of Sonic Walls, Remote Desktop Protocol, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS)..
• Expertise in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with remote control tools, especially TeamViewer, is preferred.
