Celebrating Our Employees at Carowinds

We recently welcomed employees and their families to Carowinds  for our second annual Employee Appreciation Day!

The day was packed with excitement as attendees enjoyed everything the park had to offer. Whether racing through the twists and turns of Fury 325 and Copperhead Strike, making memories in Camp Snoopy, or just spending time with their families, guests of every age found something to enjoy. Great food, plenty of laughter, and countless smiles made for a memorable day from start to finish.

Employee Appreciation Day is one of the ways we recognize the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our team. Every day, our team members play an essential role in serving customers, supporting one another, and strengthening the communities where we live and work. This event provides an opportunity to pause, celebrate those contributions, and thank the families whose support makes that work possible.

Beyond the rides and attractions, the event gave employees from different locations and departments the chance to spend time together outside of work, strengthening relationships and reinforcing the culture that makes Chaney unique. When passing by another group of red Chaney t-shirts, many fist bumps were shared, regardless of physical work location or department! Moments like these help build connections that extend far beyond the workplace.
