Nearly 100 Chaney Employees Participate in Nonprofit Matching Program

In 2025, nearly 100 Chaney Enterprises employees stepped up to support the communities they call home by participating in the company’s Nonprofit Matching Program, a powerful example of Chaney’s culture of generosity in action.
Through the program, employees can elect to donate directly from their paycheck to one of Chaney Cares’ 4 nonprofit partners:
- Habitat for Humanity
- Raising a Reader
- Farming 4 Hunger
- Boys & Girls Clubs of America
Chaney then matches each employee’s contribution, effectively doubling the impact of every dollar given.
What makes this program especially meaningful is its local focus. Contributions are directed to the nonprofit affiliate closest to each participating employee’s home address, ensuring that the support stays within the communities where Chaney team members live and work. Whether it’s helping build safe and affordable housing, expanding access to books and literacy programs, fighting food insecurity while providing workforce development, or mentoring and supporting local youth, the impact is felt right at home.
This year’s program raised over $27,000, a testament to the generosity of Chaney employees and the company’s commitment to investing in strong foundations for family success.
By combining employee generosity with corporate matching, Chaney continues to strengthen partnerships that support education, employment, and homeownership, building stronger communities one contribution at a time.
