Chaney Enterprises Celebrates Safety Excellence at 2025 MTBMA Safety Awards Banquet

We are proud to share that several members of Chaney’s Aggregates Division were honored at the 2025 Maryland Transportation Builders and Materials Association (MTBMA) Safety Awards Banquet. These awards recognize outstanding safety performance across the state.

The following individuals were recognized with the Aggregate Safety Award, which honors exemplary safety records based on 2024 performance, including injury prevention, incident response, and MSHA citation history:

In addition to the Aggregate Award, James “Sammy” Catterton was also being honored with the prestigious Ed Tracey Distinguished Supervisor Award, recognizing his leadership, dedication, and exceptional commitment to safety.
