As a memorial to Eugene Chaney of Lothian, Maryland, who died in 1967, to make gifts, donations, and contributions to, and in any way promote or further the activities of any organization or organizations exempt from federal income tax under Section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Chaney Foundation Announces New Online Application Process

Get the word out to your local non-profits! Applying for funding from the Chaney Foundation just got easier! The grant application is now available online at www.fsrequests.com/chaneyfoundation.

Organizations interested in applying for possible funding from the Chaney Foundation are asked to please apply online and complete the easy step-by-step application. The application is quick, simple and user friendly.

The Chaney Foundation Board reviews grant applications quarterly. Application submission deadlines are one month prior to each board meeting. Submission dates are: August 1st, November 1st, February 1st, and May 1st.

These employees support the Eugene Chaney Foundation through payroll pledges and by volunteering their time at Foundation fund raisers, such as the annual Spring Golf Tournament and the annual fall Bull Roast, which benefits the American Cancer Society. Many of these employees are also involved with charitable organizations in their own communities.
